Julia Randles, LEED AP

Following nearly fifteen years in Chicago’s construction industry, Julia Randles founded Randles Company in 2016. As a construction manager and engineer, Julia has completed over $800 million in projects including more than 2.5 million square feet of total commercial, educational and healthcare construction. Julia’s unique and highly-attuned skillset in cost management allows Randles Company’s clients to accurately and efficiently identify costs and manage project requirements. Julia serves as a trusted advisor and preconstruction consultant for several Chicago-based public institutions and agencies, as well as architecture firms and general contractors throughout the Midwest.

Matthew Rubin, MBA

Matthew Rubin joined Randles Company in 2019 as partner and COO. Matt draws on his experience in commercial real estate development, B2B marketing and project leadership to ensure all systems, resources and people are in place to deliver exceptional client service. Active in many organizations, Matt is a board member for the Downtown Toledo Improvement District and member of the Urban Land Institute. Matt holds a masters of business administration from the University of Toledo.
